The beaches of the Outer Cape are many and varied. With so many beach locations you are sure to find one that brings you back again and again. Most town beaches require a permit for the months of July and August, which can only be purchased by residents and guests of the town. These weekly or seasonal permits help to limit the crowds during the summer months ensuring that all summer visitors have plenty of “space in the sun”. One permit gives access to all town beaches. After 4PM all Cape Cod beaches are free!! Top left photo: Sunrise over the Atlantic Unspoiled and beautiful ocean beaches make the Outer Cape a mecca for beach lovers and surfers alike.
