Ground level walk-out 3 rooms + full bath: Bedroom (1) - 2 twin beds, bedroom (2) – 4 twin beds, full bath, and TV room.

 

First floor– 4 rooms + 1.5 baths:

Vaulted living room, dining room with sliding glass door opening to a mahogany deck, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, half-bath, master bedroom (3) queen bed w/attached full bath, ceramic shower with whirlpool tub.

 

Second floor—4 rooms + 2 full baths:

Loft area, master bedroom (4) queen-bed w/attached full bath, bedroom (5) – 2 twin beds, bedroom (6) 2 twin beds, and full bath off loft area.

 

Central AC/ heat, ceiling fans, (2) cable TVs and (2) DVD players, outside shower, 1 car garage, smoke/heat detectors, 3 cars in driveway.

 

Each bed has a mattress pad, quilt and pillow. Bed and bath linens provided by the landlord @ $15.00/pp at the request of tenant
